Business listings

We publish business names, professional contact details, location, activity, services and the sources used to check them. Where a sole trader or other individual can be identified, this may be personal data. Sources include the business’s official website and social accounts, published institutional sources and details supplied by the business. Each profile lists its sources.

Our purpose is to publish useful local rankings and maintain accurate listings. We rely on our legitimate interest in providing relevant information about businesses operating publicly. You may object and ask us to review or remove personal data. We keep a profile for as long as it remains relevant and can be kept accurate, and review or remove it when warranted. Editorial position does not amount to a solely automated decision with legal effects.

When you email us

We use your email address, any name you provide, your message and the minimum professional information needed to answer an enquiry, review a listing or discuss a collaboration. The legal basis is precontractual steps for a business proposal and our legitimate interest in handling other enquiries and checking listing corrections. You do not need to send identity documents or sensitive information for an initial request.

Ordinary enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after closure, unless a contract or legal obligation requires otherwise. We retain requests to exercise privacy rights as necessary to document our response and meet legal obligations. We do not use a listing enquiry as permission to send marketing emails.

Recipients and technical services

Authorised LEMONTHREE, OE staff and the website hosting and email service providers may process data to provide their services. Data may also be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell enquiry details or send listing correction requests to other listed businesses. The request form prepares a draft in your email app. It does not send the entered details to a server or store them through the website; we receive the request when you send the email. Quote forms and lead routing remain disabled; this policy and the point-of-collection notice must be updated before activating a new provider or sending leads to third parties. Hosting may process technical connection data to deliver and secure the website. Any international transfer by a provider must have a valid legal basis and safeguards under the GDPR.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing redaccion@alicantetop.es. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. For a business listing correction, please include the profile URL and the information to review.
